I’m not a betting man, but I’d be willing to wager that nearly as much time as spent coming up with the script for this feature as was spent thinking of the title. Danielle Rogers indeed cuts quite a figure, whether it’s sunning topless in the back yard or trying out for Randy West’s imaginary “Wet T-Shirt” contest (overused adult film cliche #7), but she seems to be the only cast member able to put much energy behind her actions (maybe it’s the title billing that inspired her).
